POMTOC is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Alexander Shadura III as Senior Operations Manager, effective September 2025.
Paul brings over 25 years of experience in logistics, terminal operations, and transportation management, leading large-scale teams and complex port operations across the United States. Most recently, he served as Superintendent at SSA Atlantic & SSA Pacific, where he oversaw high-volume container and cargo operations, managed up to 150 unionized personnel, and strengthened client partnerships with major global shipping lines.
Throughout his career, Paul has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence, safety, and innovation. His background includes leadership roles in the Port of Alaska, North Pacific Seafoods, and Horizon Lines of Alaska, where he developed advanced expertise in strategic logistics coordination, labor relations, and multimodal transportation systems.
Paul holds an MBA in General Management and a BBA in Global Logistics & Business Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He also holds multiple safety and operational certifications, underscoring his deep technical and leadership capabilities.
